Classes and Programs


Sundays, 9:15 am     Room 210

Living the Good News is a lectionary-based curriculum that is creative, varied, and can be applied at home.  It uses a variety of learning media, including music, art, oral, visual and movement, which appeal to the learning styles of all ages and types of students.



Sundays, 10:30 Service     Room 203
Children begin the 10:30 service with their parents in the church and then are led before the first Scripture reading to Children’s Chapel in Room 203. During Children’s Chapel the children will review the day’s readings and discover the meaning and significance of different aspects of the Episcopal liturgy. After prayers, singing, and crafts related to the lessons, children rejoin their families during the Passing of the Peace.

Sundays, 9:15      Room 211
Solemn Communion classes for second and third graders (older children are also welcome) will begin January 24 - March 13, 2016. This seven week class meets during the Education Hour, 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM, extending through Children's Chapel. During the class and in Chapel, children will focus on two questions: Who is Jesus? and What is the Holy Eucharist? Children must be baptized in order to participate ast Baptism prior to this is  in early January). Prior registration is necessary because of limited space. Information letters will be mailed in January to all eligible children.


Diocesan Event BREAKOUT! (4th Grade)

BREAKOUT! is a fun, action-packed, 24-hour retreat for 4th & 5th graders of the Episcopal Diocese of Florida for the purpose of encouraging kids in their walk with Jesus Christ and seeing how they can break the chains of the world that can make adolescence so difficult.

Registration will open each November.
