HOME COMMUNION!

Can’t drive yourself to church anymore? Then let us bring church to you! Our parish’s trained Eucharistic Visitors, licensed by our Diocese of Florida, can bring the eucharist — the sacrament that bonds us to Christ Jesus and each other as one body (1 Corinthians 10:16-17) — to you so that you can commune with us at home. HOUSE CLEANING AND HYGIENE SUPPLIES NEEDED!

During Lent (March 5 through April 19), our parish’s Love Out Loud ministry is collecting house cleaning and hygiene essentials for the Gainesville Area AIDS Project (GAAP), which helps people in need and living with HIV/AIDS. Please leave any of these new, unopened items in the back on the church (on Sundays) or in the parish office (on weekdays): Bleach, body wash, deodorant, dish detergent, household cleaners, laundry detergent, menstrual products, razors, shaving cream, toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste.

GALA CUBANA TICKETS ON SALE!

Buy yours in the parish hall after Sunday worship or at the parish office through April 27 for $40 each ($45 afterwards or at the door). This year’s dinner dance with live music on Friday, May 2, 2025 celebrates 40 years of Florida-Cuba diocesan companionship, supports fellow Episcopalians’ urgent needs in Cuba, and is open to other Diocese of Florida parishes. JOIN THE CHOIR!

Interested in singing in our church’s choir? Any singer, ages 16 to 90-plus, is welcome. No audition needed. Rehearsal is most Thursdays from 7:30 to 9 p.m., then again on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. You needn’t know how to read music — but it helps! If you love singing, please consider committing to this key ministry in our parish’s liturgical life. Email musicdept@holytrinitygnv.org for details.

JOIN THE HANDBELL RINGERS!

HTEC’s handbell ringers perform a few times a year at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday Eucharist. Bells range from the bass end to little treble bells, with musical styles from traditional hymns to challenging showpieces. You needn’t know how to read music — just be able to count in time. Ringers rehearse 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Thursdays. Email musicdept@holytrinitygnv.org for details.
